Welcome and Introductions
Enjoying good quality life experiences are important to all of us. These include being able to develop and maintain independence, having choice and control over decisions that affect our lives, maintaining health and wellbeing, learning and maintaining skills throughout our lives and having the respect of others around us. This is important in every area of our lives – work, education, leisure, and especially in our own homes. DHSCO offers a wide range of services, including care at home and home help services, to help you live the life that you want.
DHSCO provides a full spectrum of care across Ireland, including practical care, personal care and complex care and Health Care Provision. We work with the Elderly, those with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and Mental Health Illness and Children and Family’s.
We offer support to people who have Social care and Health Care needs and have a rage of staff who can look after people who require support or treatment at home.
Our nurses, physiotherapists and healthcare assistants allow post operative and medical patients to be treated at home outside of the traditional hospital setting. Generally, patients receive care from us for between two days and two weeks.
All DHSCO care and support workers are highly trained and dedicated to dealing with the unique and differing needs of those who use our services. They are encouraged to continually develop their skills and specialisms, and will be allocated to you based on the support you require and the skills that will be required to provide this.
The Professional Pages on this website provide information about DHSCO for clinicians and managers, both in the public and private healthcare sectors.
The Patient pages on this website will provide information on DHSCO for anyone who wants to know more about our services.
Thank you for visiting our website – we look forward to hearing from you
